The advantages of B2B e-commerce platform implementation are clear. This naturally implies document flow automation, operational cost reduction, customer loyalty, and doubtless, a modern sales channel influencing the company's profit. Therefore priorities during platform implementation include the experience and reliability of the integrator company that developed the project and is supporting its operation.
FACT is one of the largest Russian web integrators. It has a number of qualified specialists responsible for the individual development, implementation, monitoring, and technical support of projects. The main range of solutions developed by FACT based on development for large companies allows the customer to quickly go through the initial stages of development and promptly implement the project MVP with a universal interface.
Launching the B2B platform into production is the beginning of the journey, to be followed by searching and implementing solutions to improve customer service and increase key indicators.
FACT offers quick task completion without spending the time on ToR and evaluation for urgent tasks that cannot be released in accordance with specifications. At the end of each month, we provide a report and a completion certificate for operating tasks.
This is one of the most important stages of the project. This is when the input data and requirements to form user scenarios for each target audience group are examined and analyzed.
The analytics results are used to design interfaces of the site pages, develop the interactive prototype site, and prepare detailed terms of reference.

To ensure maximum work efficiency during this phase, the processes of integration layer formation and the content management system implementation are conducted simultaneously.
At the end of development, QA specialists test and debug the results.
5. Launching into production
During this stage, the parameters of the server software required for site functioning are installed and configured.
The developed site is transferred from the test environment to the production server platform. External services are connected. After the site has been launched, repeat testing is carried out by QA specialists on the production platform. The product is launched into production, and the project enters the stage of support and development.
